Birds of Interior Alaska
Songbirds: Savannah Sparrow
Passerculus sandwichensis
The Savannah Sparrow has a pale yellow stripe over each eye and a streaky chest.

Their name reminds me of their call--"S-s-sa-vaaa-nah".
The "vaaa" portion is a buzz pitched higher than the rest of the call.
